The first two weeks focus on the creation story from Genesis, followed by 26-hands on topical studies in God's creation. Your children will be explore things such as butterflies, elephants, rocks, the moon, the sun, and so many more. Along with these wonderful creations, My Father's World has recommended a list of over 400 children literature books on these topics. You can choose books from their list (to get at your local library) to accompany your study on these topics or you can simply purchase My Father's Words' Kindergarten Literature Collection.

Along with their studies of God's creation, math is woven into the lessons. Children will learn basic kindergarten skills while doing their lessons. Skills like measuring whales and dinosaur tales and sorting leaves from biggest to smallest. These math skills and much more are a gentle part of the kindergartens lessons that are laid out for the teacher, in step-by-step instructions that My Father's World has placed together for you.

My Father's World highly successful multi-sensory phonics approach makes learning to read fun and easy. Children will learn letter names and sounds (consonants and short vowels), blending sounds, and writing letters correctly. My Father's World goal for kindergarteners in reading is that by mid-year your child will be able to read very simple stories with short vowel words.

Other subjects are woven into this amazing study of God's creation: Bible, Science, Creative Thinking, Children's Literature, Art, and Character Development.
